Role of a Registered Nurse:

• Patient Care: Administering medications, monitoring patient health, and providing support and care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Leadership: Guiding and mentoring junior staff, and leading by example in adherence to best practices and healthcare standards.

Settings We Supply Registered Nurses Into:

• Nursing Homes: Providing ongoing care and support to elderly residents, ensuring they live with dignity and receive the medical attention they need.
• Hospitals: Working in various departments such as emergency, surgery, and general wards to provide critical and acute care to patients.
• Seasonal Immunisation Clinics: Administering vaccines during immunisation drives.
   

Recruitment Criteria:

To join our dedicated team of Registered Nurses, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of UK nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• NMC PIN: A valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Personal Identification Number (PIN).
